Fire Damage in Ashland, MA

A good neighbor spotted a fire and alerted the homeowners in the early morning on the second floor of this home which fortunately was put out in time by the local fire department. The water used to put out the fire affected the downstairs unit.  SERVPRO of Newton/Wellesley was brought in to remove all the damage areas in both units.  A through cleaning of the smoke damage upstairs and the water damage downstairs.  The tenants were thrilled with the response and cleanliness of the crews for both the upstairs and downstairs.  The pictures shown are from the water damage in the downstairs unit.
