Water Overflow On Brand New Hardwood Floors
A plumber accidentally left a faucet on, which created water overflow. The water damaged the recently renovated and finished hardwood floors in thedining area and kitchen. However, before the water got a chance to seep in and buckle the brand new floors, SERVPRO of Newton / Wellesley was on the scene with our specialized equipment and quickly began the drying process. After the water was cleaned up and removed, the floors are still wet to touch. Shown here in the picture is one of our high-speed air movers. We use these machines to create airflow across walls, carpets, pads, and furniture, which accelerates the evaporation of moisture.
